About Toni’s Treatment Sessions

Toni combines various modalities to create a holistic treatment session tailored to your needs. With her expertise in acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and shiatsu massage, Toni offers diverse therapeutic techniques to enhance your overall health and promote relaxation.

Acupuncture lies at the heart of Toni’s treatments. Using fine, sterile needles, she skillfully stimulates specific points on the body to promote the flow of Qi (energy) and restore balance. This ancient practice has been recognised for its effectiveness in addressing various conditions, from pain management to stress relief.

To further enhance your treatment, Toni incorporates the use of moxibustion. Moxa, derived from the herb Artemisia vulgaris, is gently burned to generate heat and apply it to specific acupuncture points. This method helps to warm and invigorate the body, promoting circulation and alleviating stagnation.

Cupping therapy is another technique Toni employs to promote healing. Creating a vacuum seal with cups placed on the skin allows her to draw stagnant energy and toxins to the surface, stimulating blood flow and reducing muscular tension. This therapy can leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Additionally, Toni incorporates shiatsu massage, a traditional Japanese technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to release tension and restore balance. This therapeutic massage technique aims to improve energy flow, relieve muscle soreness, and promote deep relaxation.

With her skilful integration of acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and shiatsu massage, Toni provides a comprehensive treatment session that addresses your specific needs. Her commitment to your well-being and nurturing approach will support you throughout your healing journey. Step into Toni’s treatment room and embrace the opportunity to experience a renewed sense of vitality and harmony.
